Cataract City FCU is looking for new members and we want your help. Tell your family and friends what a Credit Union membership can do for them. Quality services and friendly staff are there to help them become members and apply for that car or boat loan or start saving for their children's college or maybe their grandchildren.

Open a Credit Union Savings account for your child or grandchild with a minimum deposit of $25.00 and your child will receive a bank for collecting coins to deposit in his or her account. They can send in their savings and watch them grow. Get them started by opening an account. Call the Credit Union for an application - 716-298-5645.

MEMBERSHIP
A membership Application Card filled out in detail by an applicant should be forwarded to the Credit Union Office. Both sides of the card must be completed for a joint account along with a copy of the member’s driver’s license. A member must maintain a minimum balance of $ 5.00. The amount of money credited to a member’s account is termed his or her "share balance". Should an applicant open an account and close it within 90 days, the applications fee of $5.00 will be forfeited.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your drivers' license or other identifying documents.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP
Family members are eligible to join Cataract City Federal Credit Union (husband or wife, mother or father, sister or brother, or children of the employee).

MEMBER’S PRIVILEGES
Once you join the Credit Union, you may remain a member in good standing after retiring or leaving your company for any reason.

Each year an Annual Meeting is held. At that meeting you have the opportunity to vote for members of the Board of Directors
